Partake in a Superhero and Sidekick Bash at the Muscatine YMCA (1823 Logan St. Muscatine) this Saturday Feb 23 from 2 – 4:30 p.m. Join the fun with a scavenger hunt, an obstacle course, nerf wars, and homemade marshmallow shooters. Credit to the modern gumdrop candy goes to chemist and candy manufacturer Percy S. Truesdell. He took the once hard candy and altered it, turning it into the chewy candy we love today.
