This 90-minute yoga workshop is designed to enhance your yoga practice by focusing on alignment, movement of the breath and focus on form. When our bodies are strong and flexible we are able to enjoy the activities that bring great joy to our lives. So whether that’s golf, walks with friends or getting up and down from the ground with grandkids or yoga for the sake of yoga, this workshop will be helpful.
