Looking for some insight on on-road racing tips and tricks? Curious about on-road racing? Then come check out this event!

Island Speedway (1109 Grandview Ave Muscatine) is holding an On-Road Clinic this Saturday Aug 25 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

This On-Road Clinic will focus on building techniques (such as making sure your drivetrain and suspension work as free as possible), basic setup (including droop, camber, toe, etc.), and driving techniques to make sure you’re getting the most out of you Touring Car or 12th Scale pan car.

There will be classroom time with a lot of question and answer. Time will be blocked off for hands-on, so bring your cars and equipment! Practice will be at the end, and there will be instructors available to help with driving and setup.

Quite a bit of what will be covered will translate into other styles of racing too. So even if you are not currently racing On-Road in any way, this would still be a good event for you.

Cost is $10 per adult and $5 for kids (with a parent registration).
