Join the Special Olympics as they compete against our local heroes! The annual basketball game, Special Olympics vs. Muscatine Firefighters/Police takes places this Tuesday Feb 12 from 6 – 7:30 at Muscatine High School (2705 Cedar St. Muscatine). Come have some fun and help raise awareness and funds for the heroes on BOTH teams! There will also be t-shirts for sale, bake sale items and raffle prizes! Criticism of LeBron Should Be Slam Dunked

I’m never going to say anything bad about LeBron James again. This week LeBron announced that he’s donating millions of dollars to help send kids around his native Ohio to a special school, the I Promise School in Akron, he’s creating that will be free, will give them free uniforms, free breakfast lunch and snacks, free books, free transportation, and if they graduate, free tuition to University of Akron.
