National Rebuilding Day is happening this weekend, and Muscatine has some wonderful and helpful activities planned!

This Saturday Apr 28, Rebuilding Together Muscatine County joins 142 national affiliates as they bring volunteers and communities together to improve the homes and lives of homeowners in need.

Some of the work being done this Saturday will include smaller inside jobs, ramp section building, assembling wheelchair ramps on site, spring yard cleanup and whatever else needs to be done!

Rebuilding Together Muscatine County couldn’t help as many people as they do without the assistance of community members like you. Volunteers are asked to meet at 1424B Houser Street at 7 a.m. on Saturday for registration and project assignments.

For more information on this event and others from Rebuilding Together Muscatine County, visit their website at http://rebuildingtogethermuscatine.org/ or follow them on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/Rebuilding-Together-Muscatine-County-Inc-102448306462952/.

Come help your fellow neighbors this weekend, because “It just needs to be done”.
